This page describes how FourthRise handles information submitted through fourthrise.com. Project work is governed separately by the written agreement signed before implementation begins.

Information we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the workflow category you select, and your message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to scope potential work.

Please do not submit confidential contracts, customer data, policy records, or billing files through this website. If you send material of that kind unintentionally, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use it

We use your submission to respond to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as IP address and user agent, to serve and protect the site. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or social scripts.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation or to an ongoing engagement, and delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
