What this page covers

This page describes how FourthRise handles information submitted through fourthrise.com. Project work is governed separately by the written agreement signed before implementation begins.

Information we collect

We collect what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, optional business name, and message. If you follow a tagged campaign link, we also record its source, medium, and campaign with your enquiry. We use this information to reply and discuss potential work.

Please do not submit confidential contracts, customer data, policy records, or billing files through this website. If you send material of that kind unintentionally, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use it

We use your submission to respond to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as IP address and user agent, to serve and protect the site. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks contact form submissions for automated abuse. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site activity, such as page visits and successful contact requests, and to measure which campaigns lead to enquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide those reports. We do not send the text or contact details you enter in the form to Google Analytics.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation or to an ongoing engagement, and delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
